Making the decision

Making the decision to quit gambling takes some effort.lets look at how to make that decision.it's one thing to say you would like to quit gambling,it's an entirely different matter making that decision.Its been my experience that in order to seriously quit a few things had to take place,such as forgiving myself for every penny gambled away.Now forgiving myself has been a huge challenge,as it will be for most,but I do believe that its crucial in order to make that decision final.

spiritual destruction

The most important thing in life for me is giving and receiving love and anything that gets in the way of me doing just that is destructive.Even if i was to make a profit gambling it would still destroy me spiritually.
